The Book Club
Okay, it is official...we have a newly created book club! The first book we are reading is Vanishing Acts by Jodi Picoult. So far the group is myself, Tina, and Missie. We need to decide on a name and the perfect place to meet to discuss the book. Atmosphere and food are high priorities. Happy reading!

I bought the book today!! It looks good. I have to quickly finish my James Patterson book so I can get started. I like that I'm reading something that I wouldn't normally pick...maybe it'll grow my brain a little. :)
I made a visit to the library and checked out a copy of the book. This book IS something I would have picked out. I found out how to use the libraries website to hold books. At first I thought I would be asking a "stupid" question but, as it turns out, the librarian had to refer to instructions.
Hi! I could have sworn I left a comment here already, but I must have done something wrong, big surprise!
When would you ladies like to meet? If everyone is up to reading 2 or 3 chapters by Friday, I can have everyone over for early afternoon snackies and we can talk about it.
